Дякуємо за класний відпочинок Водичка в басейні на вулиці дуже тепло, купаються зараз навіть діти Їжа смачна, порції величезні Хамам чистий , джакузі теж ! Дитяча кімната цікава дітям, безпечно облаштована !

Забронювали цей готель, тому що є сауна, спа. По приїзду виявилось, що сауна на реконструкції, не працює, при бронюванні по телефону цього не повідомили. В готелі є хамам, але дуже маленька кімната, треба чекати черги щоб зайти, хамам працював через раз. Коли запитали на рецепції чи можуть перевірити справність хамаму, сказали зачекати пів години і запрацює, чекали більше години, не запрацював. Джакузі стареньке, вода мутна, і теж черга на нього. Басейн великий, але вода в утому ледь тепла, не 30 градусів як обіцяли. Дівчина на рецепції не привітна, не вітається, не зацікавлена вирішити проблеми гостей. Вид з номеру був на будівництво, зранку був шум з цього будівництва. Готель знаходиться далеко від центру , поряд немає інших ресторанів, крім того що в готелі. В ресторані готеля все сподобалось, їжа смачна, офіціантка дуже привітна та швидко працює.

Порадувало ставлення персоналу готеля до нас, як відвідувачів. Забронювали номер класу стандарт, через проблеми з опаленням нашого номеру нас переселили в люкс, без жодних доплат. В останній день виїзду нам дозволили залишитися в номері довше, через пізній час потягу, також не попросили доплати за це. Дуже задоволені ставленням та якістю обслуговування.

Расположение - хорошее. Близко магазин, остановка. Номера - отличные. Чисто, уютно, тихо и спокойно.
Персонал (но НЕ все!!!). Люди сонные, лишний раз не напрягутся. Приходилось по несколько раз напоминать о своих просьбах или пожеланиях, что не совсем приятно. Кухня. Завтраки были отличные, остальной ассортимент меню не впечатляет. Хотелось видеть больше блюд, национальных, присущих этой части нашей страны. Цены - высокие и не соответствуют качеству. Зато позиционируют себя как ресторан высокого уровня во всей округе.
