The private estate "Karpatiya" is located on a quiet street in the city of Yaremche, a 15-minute walk from the city center. A wonderful view of the mountains opens from the window and the courtyard of the manor. 13 people can live in the house at the same time. On the first floor there is a dining room with a bar, a kitchen. On the second floor - 4 rooms (one room can accommodate 4 people). Furniture, satellite TV are required in each room. For family rooms, there is a shared bathroom on the first floor (shower, toilet, sink). The territory of the "Karpatiya" manor is equipped, there is a garden, a place for parking a car. Порада, хто їхатиме по навігатору і стане перед кам'янистим крутим підйомом, зупиніться і перейдіть пішки до місця і запитайтесь про об'їзд. А ще краще телефонуйте наперед, якщо хтось підніме трубку. Особисто телефонував на вказані номери, ніхто не відповів. А так садиба з зручностями і відповідає ціні. Є кухня де можна приготувати собі їжу, надають мангал. Господар приємний та ввічливий, але схоже що менеджмент недопрацьовує, бо як виявилось що про приїзд дізнались про факту нашого прибуття.

Краєвид з вікна, наявність обумовленого мангала, лазні (сауни)
По вказаним телефонам (у замовлені а також на вивісці біля садиби) ніхто не відповідав, довелось фізично зайти на подвір'я щоб повідомити про приїзд. А також порада хто вперше їхатиме, телефонуйте заздалегідь і уточняйте номер чи відповідає у менеджера. Навігатор, а саме гугл-карти ведуть не найкращою дорогою (крутий каменистий підйом), якого на авто краще уникнути. Для цього потрібно з іншої сторони заїхати.

Дуже гарне, тихе місце. Надзвичайний краєвид на гори. Ідеальна чистота як у номерах, так і на території. Хороша сауна, є мангал, а також гойдалка. Чудове місце для відпочинку з дітьми. Привітні господарі. Садиба буде гарним місцем для відпочинку у будь-яку пору року. Зараз будується ще один будинок. Сподіваюсь, що після збільшення кількості номерів, їх якість не зміниться
