Hotel and restaurant complex "GUK" is located in the picturesque Carpathian village of Polyanytsia, 2.8 km from the R1 ski lift in Bukovel. The hotel building consists of 3 floors and another cottage. In a separate cottage there is a common kitchen, which can be used for an additional fee, which is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a gas stove, an electric kettle, and kitchen utensils. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, children's playground, barbecue, gazebo, parking lot are available. The price of accommodation includes the use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi, parking under video surveillance, access to the free Wi-Fi network, free transfer to the lifts of the ski resort "Bukovel" and back to the hotel. Отже почну з того що після з'їзду з основної дороги на дорогу до готелю вас відразу зустрічають дві ями по коліно, потім крутий підйом в гору на який вам вдасться піднятися тільки якщо ви на повному приводі або перед цим не було снігу, бо чистять та посипають дорогу не так часто як хотілось би,(якщо ви приїхали ввечері після 19:00 то можете розраховувати на те що ви залиште машину внизу та будете йти пішки до готелю ) але якщо все-таки вам пощастило виїхати на гору то вас очікує ще один квест як заїхати до готелю на паркінг там також на заїзді лід який за весь час нашого проживаня ніхто не посипав! Після того як ви все таки дістались готелю очікуйте на "запашну" водичку з душу та жахливу шумоізоляцію, з 23:00 по 2 години ночі в сусідньому номері була туса співи танці, о 12 годині ночі намагались додзвонитись до адміна по номеру який нам видали при заселенні але ніхто не брав слухавку (як з'ясувалось вранці цей адміністратор вже там не працює) після наших марних спроб додзвонитись ми вирішили спуститись на рецепцію в надії що там хтось є або є хоча б номер телефону, але на наше здивування в готелі не було жодного персоналу і навіть номеру телефону. Вранці підійшли до адміна та розповіли про нашу проблему і запитали чому нікого не було вночі, чомусь це викликало посмішку у адміна і нам відповіли що весь персонал після 22:00 йде додому і взагалі вони не знають про такі готелі в яких персонал сидить вночі. Отже розраховуйте на те що якщо у вас будуть якісь проблеми вночі то вам ніхто не зможе допомогти і вам доведеться вирішувати їх самим. Сподобалась відносна близкість до підйомників тільки якщо ви на авто(бо якщо ви пішки то це жесть) , непогані сніданки.

Дуже привітний персонал, чисто, тепло, прекрасний сервіс, смачний сніданок. Теплий басейн на вулиці, джакузі, сауна. Чуйний до усіх прохань господар завжди на місці. Загалом враження прекрасні 👌 Дякуємо за гарний відпочинок!

Зупинилися у готелі «Гук» село Паляниця. Враження дуже хороші! Персонал привітний, ввічливий, ставлення до гостей хороше. Номери хороші в кімнатах тепло, просторо. Басейн, джакузі з підігрівом! Рекомендую зупинитися у готелі «Гук»Дякуємо персоналу! Ви чарівні! Окрема подяка Василю!

Готель хороший, комфортний номер, охайний, прибраний, щодня прибирають видають косметику милко та гель-шампунь. Плюсом є балкон з гарним виглядом. Персонал привітний, дуже сподобалось одна жіночка з пральні, дуже привітна, все розказувала, коли нас бачила, завжди запитувала, як нам відпочивається. Великим плюсом були халати, які нам одразу видали по першому проханні. Басейн та джакузі чисті, теплі. До центру Буковеля хв 45-50 пішки. Класно що не так далеко є багато різних розваг. Стосовно сніданків. Все смачне особливо нагетси ми були дуже задоволені. Є не поганий вибір сніданку. Гречка/рис/яєчня/омлет/сосиски/нагетси/нарізна солоного/нарізка овочів/пластівці/печиво/нарізка фруктів/узвар/сік в останній день, навіть, йогурти були. Тобто чим раніше встав на сніданок тим більше побачив щось смачненьке, персонал підносить продукти які закінчились, але думаю не в такій кількості як ставиться о 8 ранку. Великим плюсом є те, що в готелі можна з тваринами. Я яка дуже люблю псів, була цим задоволена, всіх собак там перетікала, але для когось це може бути і мінусом. Ціни як для Буковель хороші на їжу з кухні. Проте водичку і якісь вкусняшки краще купувати в магазині. Магазин та аптека знаходиться 7-10 хв ходьби. З мінусів Хотіли замовити чани, нам адміністратор пообіцяв замовити у своїх людей. Чани були замовлені на 19. Ми о 18:30 спустились зібрані, хотіли повечеряти і поїхати відпочити. Прочитали до 19:40 ніхто, навіть, і оком не моргнув, тому чим були не задоволені. Стосовно номеру вода і світло серед дня десь пропадали. Хоча перед заїздом я питала чи є вода,на рецепшині нам сказали так є, заходимо після дороги в номер, а води не має, були засмучені. Під ліжком ніхто не прибирає! Хотілось щоб його хтось відсунув і позамітав. Кава чай на сніданку платні.
